Vera G. conceived and founded Tapestry Property Management to be a trusted partner to property owners. Over the course of fifteen years collaborating with CEOs, UHNWIs, family offices, private service staff, and other world-renowned providers, Vera has developed an astute understanding of the lifestyle needs of clients who expect exclusive, impeccable service.

Vera received specialized training in Household Management under Marta Perrone, one of the industry’s most respected experts in private service. Through this intensive program, she developed advanced skills in housekeeping maintenance, event planning, property and staff management, HR practices, and security and safety operations. Building on this foundation, Vera has supported Private Owners, Corporations, and Royal Families as an Executive Flight Attendant and Traveling Personal Assistant, managing the complex lives of Principals and their families across domestic and international settings. She also holds a Florida Real Estate and Community Association Manager license, further deepening her understanding of property oversight and residential service at the highest level. As an Executive Flight Attendant and Traveling Personal Assistant, Vera refined her ability to anticipate and meet the most exacting standards. The rigor of her corporate experience, combined with insight into the complex needs of UHNW clients, informs Vera’s disciplined, strategic approach to project delivery and client commitment, marked by flawless customer service skills, a warm personality, and a can-do attitude.

Vera comes from a unique and deeply hands-on background that perfectly aligns with the multifaceted demands of personal service. Growing up on a self-sufficient farm in Portugal, her family cultivated everything from fruits and vegetables to vineyards, producing their own wine. They also raised animals for eggs, milk, and meat, fully sustaining themselves from the land. In addition to farm life, her parents owned pastry shops, restaurants, and managed properties year-round, immersing Vera early on in hospitality, food preparation, and property maintenance. This formative experience taught her to take full ownership, adapt quickly, and handle diverse responsibilities with care and precision — whether managing properties, coordinating vendors, overseeing maintenance, or preparing exceptional meals.

Since emigrating to the USA, Vera has made Sarasota, Florida her home, drawn by the warm climate and picturesque beaches of Siesta Key and Longboat Key. She finds solace in the natural beauty of the outdoors and values the rejuvenating effects of sun, sand, and sea. Vera frequently travels abroad to immerse herself in diverse cultures and enjoys cooking and hosting gatherings with friends and family at home. She maintains an active lifestyle through circuit boxing, tennis, Krav Maga, and ballroom dancing, balancing her professional dedication with personal wellness and enrichment.

With entrepreneurial roots combined with property management and culinary skills, Vera is uniquely positioned to contribute immediate value while growing alongside the households she serves — offering seamless, elevated service and creating welcoming, impeccably managed home environments.

The purpose of life is a life of purpose.
