    Vendor Management • Housekeeping, Service, Repair, and Architectural • Real time and monthly report for planned and completed maintenance/projects.

    Construction Management • Review plans and schedules for construction. • Oversee daily completion of work and report to clients. • Work with designers on behalf of clients. • Ensure all activities concerning construction phase are completed accurately and on a timely basis. • Oversee final completion list.

    HOUSE MANAGEMENT

    Household Management & Maintenance • Develop and/or implement home system and maintenance manuals and ensure all systems are on a maintenance schedule on an annual, semi-annual, monthly and/or weekly basis. • New staff placement, development and mentoring. • Work collaboratively with staff and vendors to keep property in perfect condition at all times. • Home systems, appliances and maintenance logs. • Manage housekeeping maintenance staff to include the following: o Weekly Staff Meetings o Property Walk-Throughs o Property Visits o Periodic Maintenance Training Sessions • Auto Maintenance
